Anna Arthur & Associates was founded in 1979 by Anna Arthur, who then had several years’ experience of both a London niche general practice, and a major specialist family and estate planning firm.

Qualified as a Solicitor in 1978. Studied law at University in London. Anna has extensive practical experience in high value and financially complex matrimonial matters, in particular in respect of high net worth individuals.
She is a member of STEP and works closely with various offshore companies providing trust services. She has practical experience in contentious probate and in bringing and defending claims against “unfair” Wills. She also provides a comprehensive conveyancing service to individuals and companies.

Sarah Nagle joined Anna Arthur & Associates in January 2006 when she began her Training Contract and qualified as a Solicitor in May 2009.
Sarah studied Law at Bristol University and gained second upper degree and went on to do her Legal Practice Court at The College of Law in Guildford.
Hannah Dorey
