Anna Arthur & Associates was founded in 1979 by Anna Arthur, who by then had several years’ experience of both a London niche general practice, and a major specialist family and estate planning firm. The firm had offices in a busy high street in Wimbledon for twenty years, before moving to be based in Ripley (a twenty minute drive from Wimbledon, with far easier client parking facilities) in 2003. After the move, more than 90% of the Wimbledon office clients followed Anna Arthur & Associates to Ripley, a telling tribute to the quality of legal services provided.
The firm has always offered a high quality legal hand-holding service to individuals and small and medium business. We advise across a wide spectrum, from drafting Wills and dealing with probate, property developers, advising trustees of off-shore and UK trusts etc. The firm has very strong capabilities in the resolution of high value financial settlements on divorce, dealing with property and estate planning law and tax. More than 80% of our first time clients return to use our services for their future needs.
Our speciality is providing friendly and personable City level legal services at suburban charging rates. We are well known to, and deal regularly with, some of the UK’s largest City firms. The fact that our clients return again and again, and recommend us to their contacts and friends, demonstrates a high level of satisfaction with the legal services we provide.
Unlike cramped city and suburban centre offices, we have spacious naturally lit meeting rooms to accommodate all our clients’ needs.
